Scheduled final assessment performance and feedback
Reflecting on your scheduled final assessment or performance can make a big difference to how you approach future assessments. The process of self‐assessment can enable you to evaluate your work and to identify areas of strength, and where you might need to improve.
Scheduled final assessment feedback
You will only be able to access feedback for your scheduled final assessment after the result for the unit has been officially released. Information on how to access this feedback will be communicated via the unit's Moodle site.
Scheduled final assessment exam viewing (Australian Campuses only)
You will have the opportunity to apply to view your final assessment script and the marking guide for personal learning purposes.
When will arrangements be made for the exam viewing?
After submitting your application a member of staff will get in touch with you to arrange a date/time for the viewing.
Scheduled final assessment viewing conditions:
- A viewing session may be booked as a group or individually, and will take place as per determined by the unit's Chief Examiner.
- Under some circumstances and for security reasons, staff may choose to provide verbal feedback only.
- During the viewing, a member of staff, who is not the marker, will be present.
- Students are not permitted to copy or retain any part of the material or details of the viewing, and must not be shared with other persons or online.
- This session is solely for the purpose of viewing your exam script for personal learning and reflection. It is not for requesting a remark.
Please note that students do not have an automatic right to request a remark, and such requests cannot be made because you disagree with the mark awarded or find the feedback insufficient.
If you believe there is a genuine error in the mark received for the unit, please follow the procedure outlined in Section 5 of the Marking and Feedback Procedure.
