- Nominees must be an alumnus or alumna of Monash Engineering.
- Nominators can be alumni, staff member (past or present), members of industry or student of Monash University.
- Self-nominations are encouraged and all self-nominators must provide the names of two Monash Engineering alumni or staff members who endorse their nomination.
- An individual can be nominated in multiple award categories, with a separate nomination form required for each submission.
- An individual cannot win more than one award category in any calendar year and cannot win the same award category more than once.
- Monash Engineering reserves the right to disclose the identity of the nominator to the nominee.
To ensure your nomination can be considered, please:
- Complete all sections of the nomination form
- Provide thorough supporting statements where available
- Attach nominee’s LinkedIn profile, curriculum vitae or biographical information to the completed form
Nominations must comply with all eligibility and selection criteria.
Please note the following are not eligible for nomination:
- Alumni who have previously been conferred with an honorary doctorate of Monash University
- Alumni who have been awarded a University Fellowship or previous alumni award
- Alumni who hold a Vice-Chancellor’s Professorial Fellow position at the University
- Alumni who are current Parliamentarians or those holding political office either in Australia or abroad (former parliamentarians and political office holder are eligible for nomination)
