Through a range of workshops, networking opportunities, employer presentations, and industry-focused events, students can extend their learning beyond the classroom and gain valuable insights into the engineering profession.
The Career Ready Series provides opportunities for students to:
- Develop and practise essential workplace and employability skills
- Build confidence in professional communication, networking, and career planning
- Participate in engaging workshops designed to educate, inspire, and prepare students for industry
- Connect with employers, industry professionals, Engineers Australia representatives, and Monash alumni
- Explore career pathways and gain insights into graduate recruitment processes
- Build professional networks and learn from the experiences of industry leaders
- Enhance their career readiness and stand out in an increasingly competitive job market
- Accumulate hours that may contribute towards their Engineering Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
