Employee Assistance Program
EAP is a free, confidential counselling service provided by mental health professionals independent from Monash. Accessing EAP will not impact your employment in any way, and your employer cannot access any information regarding your sessions.
All Monash staff and their immediate family are entitled to six face-to-face or telehealth sessions for each issue they require assistance for. For more information on your EAP services entitlements, see our Employee Assistance Procedure.
To access EAP counselling services, call 1300 360 364 (Australia) or +61 2 8295 2292 (if overseas) to make an appointment with a counsellor through telehealth or in person. Office hours are 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
