Dr Yunpeng Xue is a researcher at Monash University, currently focused on multiphase flow with a particular emphasis on spray dynamics. Prior to joining Monash, he was based at ETH Zurich, where his research centred on buoyant flows in urban environments and their critical role in heat removal and natural ventilation. Dr Xue has held academic and research positions at several institutions worldwide, including the University of Adelaide—where he earned his PhD in fluid mechanics—as well as research roles in Australia, the UK, Singapore, and Switzerland.
