Professor Chris Davies is Deputy Dean Operations of the Faculty of Engineering at Monash University. He has over 25 years’ experience as an academic at Monash University. He has been a Head of Department since 2012 and Deputy Dean, External Engagement in the Faculty of Engineering since 2020. Professor Davies has significant experience in academic governance, having served as the President of Monash University’s Academic Board from 2016 to 2019, demonstrating a commitment to shared governance and ensuring and encouraging debate across the broadest cross-section of colleagues within the university.
