Women in Transport Engineering Panel

In March 2026, WiCEE partnered with Transport Engineering at Monash (TEM) to host a Women in Transport Engineering Industry Panel.

This event brought together a diverse group of professional women working across the transport engineering sector to share their career journeys, industry experiences, and insights into the challenges and opportunities within the field.

Attendees had the opportunity to hear firsthand about the panelists' roles in transport planning, infrastructure design, project delivery, and leadership, while gaining valuable advice on career development, networking, and navigating the engineering profession as women.
