Research Interests

My research is in mathematical optimization and its applications. I am particularly interested in the algebraic and geometric aspects of optimization models and algorithms. In terms of applications, I have worked on problems arising in areas including statistical modelling, signal processing, machine learning, power systems, astronautics, (quantum) information theory, and quantum metrology.
