Lucrezia obtained her Bachelor and Master’s degree in Food Science with a major in Food Processing at ETH Zurich, Switzerland in 2022. She worked for dsm-firmenich, Switzerland for one year as laboratory intern, gaining knowledge on market ready solutions, prototype development and product characterization. Currently, she is a doctorate candidate at Monash University where she works on the design of loaded nanocarriers for central nervous system application, with specific interest for dementia and Alzheimer ‘s disease.
