Nick Birbilis was formerly the Head of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and the Woodside Innovation Chair at Monash University. He is now an Adjunct Professor of Monash University and Executive Dean of the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment at Deakin University.
