Sudhaker Reddy Saripally received his Ph.D. in Chemical Materials from Pusan National University (PNU), South Korea in Aug, 2017. He has concluded his Ph.D. studies on the development of rational design and synthesis of new organic small molecules for high-performance optoelectronic applications such as OLEDs, organic and perovskite solar cells. After his Ph.D., he worked as a post-doctoral research fellow at PNU, South Korea, where he developed new polymers and interfacial materials for organic and perovskite solar cells. Sudhaker has a strong background in organic synthesis and materials chemistry for optoelectronic applications. His current interests are in the development of lead-free perovskite absorbers and the new class of organic hole transporting materials, and interface engineering for the application in perovskite solar cells with long-term stability as part of his ACAP research fellow position in Bach’s group.
Prior to Ph.D., Sudhaker gained ̴ 3 years of industrial experience as an organic chemist in Albany Molecular Research Inc. (AMRI) and Biocon Bristol Myers Squibb Research Center (BMS-BBRC), Syngene International Limited, India.
