I’m a PhD candidate at Monash University, supported by the CSIRO Industry PhD (iPhD) Program. My research focuses on developing a digital twin of high-moisture extrusion for plant-based proteins using SPH, DEM, AI, and high-performance computing. With a background in aerospace engineering and computational modelling, I’m passionate about applying simulation and data-driven methods to real-world challenges in sustainable food innovation. I’ve previously worked in engineering, project management, and STEM outreach, and I’m driven by interdisciplinary collaboration that bridges science, technology, and industry impact.
