Using evidence-based research, you’ll build on your current knowledge and learn how to intervene and support others experiencing unacceptable behaviour.

The module covers:

• diversity, harassment and discrimination
• the active bystander framework
• intervention strategies
• support services and other resources.

On completing the module, you’ll have your own set of tools, and know who to turn to for support or more information at Monash. And you’ll have the confidence and skills to be an active bystander whenever you encounter harassment or discrimination.
