Monash Student Services Survey 2025

Terms and conditions of prize draw
1. Method of entry
Entry is open to respondents of the 2025 Monash Student Services Survey. To be included in the prize draw, those invited to complete the survey must complete the survey online: Monash Student Services Survey.
Employees of Monash University are ineligible to enter this trade promotion lottery.
2. Duration of entry period
The total entry period for inclusion in the competition is from survey launch on 8 September 2025 to 3 October 2025 at 11.59pm (Melbourne time).
3. Details of prizes and prize values
The prize pool consists of 10 x A$250 prepaid e-gift cards. The total prize pool is valued at A$2500.
4. Date, time and place of draw
The prize draws will be conducted on 6 October 2025 at Monash University, Wellington Road, Clayton, Victoria 3800. Winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.
5. Publication of winner names
Winners will be notified in writing via email within seven days of the draw occurring.
6. Promoter’s details
The Promoter is Monash University, located on Wellington Road, Clayton, Victoria 3800 (ABN: 12 377 614 012).
7. Unclaimed prize draw
If any prizes are unclaimed by 1 December 2025, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11.00am on 3 December 2025 (Melbourne time) at Monash University, Wellington Road, Clayton, Victoria 3800. The winners will be notified in writing via email within seven days of the unclaimed prize draw.
8. Cancellation clause
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- to disqualify any entrant, or
- to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
