Getting help and support

If you're doing your eExam from home and you experience any difficulties on the day (technical or otherwise), contact the eSolutions Service Desk. They'll make sure you get the help you need.

If your internet connection drops out during your eExam, don’t panic – your eExam responses are automatically saved every 30 seconds.

If your final assessment has been impacted by a power outage, check the information on our special consideration page.

Tips and troubleshooting

Disability support

If you have a disability or medical condition and require alternative assessment arrangements, you can arrange this by registering with Disability Support Services.

Reducing anxiety and stress

Exams can be a really stressful time, but help is just a phone call away.

We have a counselling service that can help with problems like coping with study or university life, stress, anxiety and depression, loneliness, drug and alcohol abuse and addictions, negative feelings and suicidal thoughts, relationship and family issues. No issue is too big, or too small.

How to get help

Our counsellors are offering telehealth (video or phone) consultations. As a Monash student, your appointment is free.
