To ensure the system is protected and updated with the latest security releases and bug fixes:

• Planned maintenance occurs fortnightly on a Thursday morning from 4:00am to 7:00am. A notification banner with a countdown is displayed to users 8 hours prior to the maintenance commencing. (An email notification is sent to key stakeholders in the Academy and eSolutions as a reminder)
• From time to time there may be out-of-cycle maintenance required on the system. A notification banner with details of the outage is displayed to users 8 hours prior to the maintenance commencing.
