View frequently asked questions about Panopto. You can select Expand all and then use CTRL + F (PC) or CMD + F (MAC) to search for keywords.

Check that your video is hosted on Panopto and embedded in Moodle using the Panopto icon, instead of inserted using the multimedia icon. Panopto videos will have automatically generated captions. For more information, see Embed video and audio in Moodle with Panopto.
This can occur when your monitor display setting defaults to 150%. This can be fixed by changing the display settings of your browser to 100%.
1. Right-click on your desktop (PC).
2. Click Display settings.
3. Under Scale and layout, change this setting from 150% to 100%. Your display will automatically be updated.
4. Try embedding your Panopto video again.
Use the ATTO text editor for embedding. TinyMCE (the preferred editor) does not currently have a Panopto icon for inserting or uploading videos. To switch between text editors, see Select default text editor.
