If you’re unable to pay your full semester fees before the due date, you should submit an enquiry through MoVA to discuss your enrolment options before 11.59pm (Melbourne time) on the census date.

If you’re experiencing extreme financial difficulty you may be eligible to apply for a further extension on your fee payment plan.

To apply, you’ll need to:

1. Apply for a fee payment plan through WES
2. Submit an enquiry through MoVA asking for a further instalment(s) and include:
   1. supporting documents showing a change in your circumstances that were outside your control and have led to difficulty paying your fees
   2. supporting documents showing that you're able to pay your outstanding fees (e.g. proof of income, bank statement of a family member paying your fees).

All fees must be paid by the due date listed on your most recent fees statement.
