Upcoming changes to the graduation experience
From December 2026, conferral of awards will be automatic and you won’t need to apply to graduate or wait for a graduation ceremony to receive your award certificate (testamur). This means:
- once your faculty confirms you’ve completed your course, you’ll be conferred in a monthly cycle
- you’ll receive your testamur shortly after completing your studies
- you’ll be conferred first, then invited to celebrate at an upcoming ceremony (graduating in absentia will no longer apply).
This website reflects current process for students who have already applied to graduate this year. The new process will be published in December.
