Microphone troubleshooting

Google Chrome

1. Click the padlock icon in the URL bar
2. Change permission for Microphone to Allowed (if not already)

   

macOS

1. Click the Apple logo on the top left and then select System Preferences

   

2. Click Security & Privacy
   
3. Select the Privacy tab
4. Click Microphone and then select Google Chrome

   

Windows

1. Click the Windows icon and then select Settings

   

2. Click Privacy

   

3. Click Change and then Allow (if not already selected)
4. Change status to On for Allow apps to access your microphone
