• Services include counsellors, doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, alcohol and drug workers, family support and links to vocational support

• Provides online resources: information, stories, support groups on mental health issues
• Provides information on self-harm and resources on how to help others who are engaging in self-harm

• Provides information about symptoms, treatments, medications, where to go for support and help for carers. This service does not provide counselling
• Provides online help where you can ask questions about mental illness and related topics
