Students, without an approved extension, who do not pay their tuition fees by the due date on their Enrolment Details and Fee Statement are sent a Final notice. These Statements are generated immediately following the due date for payment and are due immediately.

If the fees are not paid by the due date on the final notice, then an encumbrance is placed on the student's record. A letter will be sent to the student notifying them of the encumbrance.
