Methodology
To calculate your GPA, we need to assign each grade a value. We use a 4.0 GPA scale.

- SFR (satisfied faculty requirements)
- NE (not examinable)
- NAS (not assessed)
- WI (withdrawn incomplete)
- PGO (pass grade only)
- NPGO
- WNGO
GPA calculation formula
GPA = Σ (grade value x unit credit points) ÷ Σ unit credit points
Calculation steps
- Multiply each grade value by the unit credit points
- Sum the resulting values (weighted GPA unit score)
- Sum the unit credit points
- Divide the sum of the weighted GPA unit score by the sum of the unit credit points
- Calculate to three decimal places.
