Units added (with faculty approval) after the census date cannot be Commonwealth-supported. The University charges the full course fee and you can't get FEE-HELP for these units. Your fee statement will be updated to reflect the changes.

The following penalties apply to all units withdrawn after 11.59pm (Melbourne time) on the census date for your teaching period
Withdrawn Late WD-LATE Financial: no refund available (you’ll be liable for your fees)
Academic: recorded on transcript as WDN (not included in calculating GPA and WAM)
Withdrawn Fail WD-FAIL Financial: no refund available (you’ll be liable for your fees)
Academic: recorded on transcript as a WN fail grade (grade of zero included in calculating GPA and WAM )
Teaching weeks end date: Last day to withdraw from units. After this date, you cannot withdraw from units.
