If you can't log in because you've forgotten your details, you can recover your login through the My eQuals portal – just select Can’t sign in? on the login screen.
If this isn’t the problem, there could be a few reasons why you’re not able to log into My eQuals.
You need to sign into My eQuals with the personal (non-Monash) email address you provided in WES when you applied to graduate. You’ll receive an email a few weeks after your graduation round confirming the email address you need to use.
You’ll only be able to log in and see your digital transcript if your My eQuals account uses the same personal email address you have in WES.
If you're unsure what non-Monash email you provided, and you haven't received the email with your sign-up details, check your email spam folder. If it's not there, contact Monash Connect for help.
