Following last year's roundtable, “Shaping the Future: A new approach to policy that works for young people”, The Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia, together with the Australian Youth Affairs Coalition (AYAC) and Monash Centre for Youth Policy and Education Practice met with MPs and ministerial advisers from Parliament in Canberra.

The goal of this meeting was to develop the next phase of action that addresses three key themes related to young people; belonging, wellbeing and security.
