This research project examines the ways in which community cricket clubs can support the resettlement of newly arrived refugees and culturally diverse young people and their families. Funded by Cricket Victoria, this three-year project is examining the value of education and life skills education provided to families within cricket clubs alongside cricket and other physical activity opportunities.

The aim of the research is to explore whether participation in the program contributes to families' health and wellbeing, feelings of inclusion and facilitates the development of social networks.
