Mapping the Early Years Learning Framework with the Australian Curriculum

Supporting continuity between early childhood settings and early school years.

This project examined and mapped the Early Years Learning Framework, with the Australian Curriculum and associated early years’ frameworks and curriculum. Led by a team of Monash researchers, this included a focus on how current frameworks and associated documentation support continuity between early childhood settings and early school years, key commonalities, differences, gaps and opportunities to further support children as they transition between early learning and school settings.
