Deepening the understanding of early childhood educators in the area of respectful relationships.
Commissioned by the Victorian Department of Education and Training, this project involved the development of a training and resource package which aims to deepen the understanding of early childhood educators in the area of respectful relationships, gender equality, gender-based violence and family violence prevention. The resources developed comprise a combination of online learning modules linked to pre and post learning self-assessment tools and a one-day face-to-face professional development program with practical and reflective discussion opportunities throughout the day. This 3-year program is being delivered across metro and regional Victoria.
