Understanding best practice in communicating and educating through technology with non-English speaking background workers.
In collaboration with the Union Federation Foundation, this research project looks to develop an understanding of best practice in communicating and educating through technology with non-English speaking background (NESB) workers as well as inform the development of a multi-language translation tool for NESB workers in Victoria.
