I have an issue accessing MTeST, what can I do?

If you have difficulty accessing MTeST due to potential geoblocking or firewall issues, please use an appropriate VPN, and if you are still experiencing difficulties email us at education-info@monash.edu with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Monash student ID (if applicable)
  • Monash course application ID (if applicable)
  • VTAC ID number (if applicable)
  • Course(s) you are applying for
  • Email address used for completing the test
  • Web browser used
  • Screenshots of the issue
  • Short description of the problem you encountered.
