I have an issue accessing MTeST, what can I do?
If you have difficulty accessing MTeST due to potential geoblocking or firewall issues, please use an appropriate VPN, and if you are still experiencing difficulties email us at education-info@monash.edu with the following information:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Monash student ID (if applicable)
- Monash course application ID (if applicable)
- VTAC ID number (if applicable)
- Course(s) you are applying for
- Email address used for completing the test
- Web browser used
- Screenshots of the issue
- Short description of the problem you encountered.
