South-East Growth Corridor program

This Victorian State Government sponsored Placements Plus program offers placement experiences in government schools located in the metropolitan South-East Growth Corridor region of Victoria. Participating schools are located in towns such as Frankston, Cranbourne and Clyde.

Pre-service teachers in the following years/courses will be selected to undertake their placement in participating schools:

• Masters of Teaching (Primary and Secondary) 1st and 2nd year students
• Bachelor of Education Honours (Primary and Secondary) 3rd and 4th year students

Pre-service teachers are selected to undertake their placement in this program on the basis of their proximity to schools. Should there be a need, pre-service teachers can discuss their selection with the Professional Experiences team.

Communication regarding the benefits of participating in this program and information about key dates, program selection and financial support will be emailed to eligible students in advance of each placement program each semester.
