This professional development program is designed to build safer, more inclusive school communities by reducing bullying through education, awareness, and collaboration.
Grounded in current research on bullying prevention, the program equips early childhood and primary school teachers, school leaders and wellbeing staff with practical strategies to identify, address, and prevent bullying behaviours.

Duration
Self-paced online learning: 12 hours, delivered across six self-paced online modules.
Prerequisites
This program does not require prior study. This course is designed for teachers (Early childhood and Primary), School Leaders (Principals, Assistant Principals, Year Level Coordinators, Heads of House/Wellbeing), and Wellbeing and Student Support Staff (such as school counsellors and other education support staff).
Assessment
There is no assessment associated with this program, however participants will complete a short quiz at the end of each module.
Recognition
This program references the following Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (APST): 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7.
You will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Faculty of Education, Monash University.
