Pathways to Graduate Research
If you do not meet the eligibility requirements for our PhD program, you may consider the following alternative pathways:
- Honours degree in Pharmaceutical Science
This is a one-year program that aims to provide students with a higher level of experience in independent analysis and research in their selected area. It serves as excellent preparation for further study and research and is a pathway to gain entry into the Masters or PhD program.
- Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences
This is a two years full-time research degree and can be undertaken as a pathway to PhD for those who do not currently meet the admission requirements.
- Master of Clinical Pharmacy
This course is designed to enable you to advance your skills in the provision of clinical pharmacy services to patients with complex clinical needs. If you complete the coursework and research stream you may be eligible to progress to the PhD program in the Centre for Medicine Use and Safety (CMUS).
