Parkville campus and local food options
Study and group work space
Weekday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Most teaching and foyer spaces, see map, are available during non-scheduled (teaching or events), from 8am - 6pm weekdays during Semester and the exam periods.
- Schedules for each space are listed on the doors/walls outside each space, and updated weekly. Please ensure you check availability before entering.
After 6.00 pm and weekends
- G05 (Building 404, across from the Library) and Sammy's Cafe (seating area and foyer areas) are available after 6.00 pm during the week and all day on the weekend. All other spaces and areas on Campus are not accessible, including the student cafeteria.
- To access GO5 and Sammy's Campus after hours you must use you MPass to access these spaces via building 404 ground floor, and sign in at the security desk. You can organise to have your MPass scanned by the security office on the Ground floor, Scott building (during the week).
- Students are free to use Sammy's microwave, water fountain and and cafe seating area as a study space.
- Access is not available during December and January.
Parkville Library
Located on the Parkville campus, the CL Butchers Pharmacy Library provides scholarly resources, study facilities, and research skills development programs to strengthen the learning, teaching and research activities of staff and students.
Hush pods
Our hush pods provide a convenient quiet and private space for students and staff to study, make phone calls or have virtual meetings. Everyone is welcome to use the pods, and bookings are not required.
