Her Research Matters (HRM) is a grass-roots driven, outcome focused collective that promotes, sponsors and fosters an inclusive and equitable leadership environment to enable all women to reach their full potential.
For us, success is:
- Creating a strong and supportive network for HRM Collective members
- Celebrating the achievements of HRM Collective members
- Increasing awareness of current barriers to career progression faced by HRM Collective members, advocating for required changes as well as working as a collective to mitigate the impact of these barriers
- Showcasing the research led by HRM Collective members to a wide audience
- Creating new funding and career advancement opportunities for HRM Collective members
- Establishing the HRM Collective as a valuable and permanent part of the Monash Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences
