PES2026 Registrations

Registration will be offered to accepted Abstract Authors, as we aim to keep delegate numbers small with less congestion and smaller workshop sizes.

However, smaller numbers means that we are offering registration to the presenting author, however we also ask you to identify additional authors who may wish to register, at the time of submission. This will enable us to have idea of additional authors who may be interested in attending.  So, if you are keen to attend the Symposium, you must submit an abstract - See the Abstract page for further information.

Registration fees

Registration includes entry to all Symposium sessions, including workshops, lunch and morning and afternoon teas during the Symposium.

Abstract registration - if abstract is accepted
(closes 2nd March, 2026)		 AU$1350
Full time student rate - if abstract is accepted. (closes 2nd March, 2026).AU$950 (Copy of student card to be uploaded during the registration process). Open to all students.
Symposium Dinner - Venue to be advised
(Closes 10 June)		 AU$150 Dinner tickets are not included in the price of registration.

Cancellations and refunds policy

  • Cancellations received by 5pm (AEST) 6 April 2026 will receive a full refund less a AUD$120 cancellation fee + GST.
  • Cancellations from 5pm (AEST) 6 April 2026 to 5pm (AEST) 3 June 2026 will receive a refund of 50% of registration fee paid (the cancellation fee is 50%)
  • Cancellations after 5pm (AEST) 3 June 2026 will not receive a refund unless extenuating circumstances apply and will be at the discretion of the Symposium secretariat.

See the Monash Prato centre site for a listing of hotels, apartments, and other accommodations types, and you can  also use website booking services.

New accommodation options become available regularly, so be sure to review the various options before making your booking. Prato is a small town so it would be worthwhile to secure your accommodation early.
