MOSAIC
MOSAIC is a support network within the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Monash University, aimed at fostering the representation and inclusion of people of colour, as well as individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
MOSAIC is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive network that empowers individuals through mentorship, sponsorship, and professional development. By breaking barriers, amplifying diverse voices, and championing career advancement, we strive to create a thriving community where every member can achieve their full potential.
For us, success is:
- Actively dismantling structural and systemic barriers toward inclusion
- Establishing a vibrant network that provides support and empowerment to MOSAIC members for career advancement, grants and award applications.
- Creating pathways for equitable career progression across all levels
- Enhancing visibility and representation of MOSAIC members within professional and academic community, at all levels
- Cultivating deep sense of belonging of MOSAIC members to Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences
