Meet our 2026 Board & 2025 Impact Award Winner

Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM on the 18th of November. It was a successful day of networking and celebrations, where elected our new 2026 Board and warmly congratulated the 2025 Impact Award Winner for this year, Rosemary Manning.

About Rosemary

Rosemary Manning, Chief Operating Officer of the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS), has provided exceptional operational and strategic leadership over more than 15 years, streamlining institute operations and empowering researchers to focus on scientific excellence. Alongside this, she has made substantial contributions to advancing gender equity through her leadership of the Policy and Philanthropy Pillar of Her Research Matters (2021–2025), where she spearheaded policy changes to enhance diversity in HDR panels, integrated engagement and mentoring metrics into Faculty research standards, and established the inaugural HRM Impact Award. Rosemary also co-organised the 2024 mini-symposium “Embracing Diversity, Transforming Drug Development and Usage,” and forged partnerships with SAGE, WISP, and other equity initiatives to influence Faculty and national policies on inclusion. A respected mentor, committee member, and advocate for accessibility and staff wellbeing, Rosemary’s commitment to integrity, equity and operational excellence has profoundly strengthened the MIPS community and its research mission.
