What we do

We shine a light on the systemic and structural barriers that CALD individuals face in academia and research by:

• Assessing and generating data: We analyze existing metrics and create new data where needed to understand representation and progression.
• Facilitating open dialogue: We create spaces for communication and collaboration across all levels of research.
• Highlighting inequities: We draw attention to the lack of diversity in key areas such as conference lineups, seminar speakers, and competitive funding outcomes.
