Advanced Pharmacy Practice Certificates
New Advanced Pharmacy Practice Certificates
The pharmacy profession is evolving and we are too.
We’re excited to announce the launch of two new pharmacy postgraduate certificates for registered pharmacists:
- Graduate Certificate of Advanced Pharmacy Practice (1 year - 2 years part-time)
- Professional Certificate of Advanced Pharmacy Practice (6 months - 1 year part-time).
Why you should consider studying one of our Pharmacy Postgraduate Certificates
In recent years the scope of pharmacy practice has expanded in exciting and diverse ways to meet Australia’s changing healthcare needs. This includes extended opportunities in hospital settings such as partnered charting, community settings like pharmacist prescribing, and aged care settings with roles like on-site pharmacists.
We want to help prepare pharmacists for new practice opportunities wherever they work with our two new programs - the Graduate Certificate of Advanced Pharmacy Practice and the Professional Certificate of Advanced Pharmacy Practice.
These programs allow busy pharmacists to upskill in new frontiers of pharmacy practice by undertaking skills-based units and microcredentials tied to remuneration opportunities. Both programs can be tailored to focus on advanced practice opportunities in hospital, community and aged care practice settings.
