Ellen, Maternal and Child Health Nurse

Ellen, who works for the local council as a Maternal and Child Health Nurse, cares for new mothers and their babies in the Pharmville community.

She provides an initial visit to the family home after the birth of the child, and then parents bring their child to her office for ongoing health care and advice.

Some mothers, such as Maria Tarantino, need extra support  when they take home their new baby. In these cases Ellen may continue to visit the mother at home to make their transition from hospital an easier one.
