Student Experiential Placements (StEPs)

4th year students about to commence Hospital placementThe Professional Experience Placement Program (PEP) is a vital component of Monash University's four-year undergraduate pharmacy degree. During the third and fourth years of study at university, pharmacy students undertake a series of external practical classes (also referred to as Professional Experience Placement Program or PEP program) that are analogous to the clinical training provided in medical, dental and veterinary courses.

At the commencement of third year students will commence their preparation for their placements, including attending a series of briefings and registering into the program.
