Shirley Park's visit
Shirley Park has come to collect a repeat of her blood pressure medication, and agrees to have her blood pressure monitored while she is there. For Laura, Shirley poses a different challenge to Steve - Shirley is 68 years old and appears to have been managing her medicines and lifestyle quite well and Laura needs to make recommendations on the next step for achieving blood pressure control.
