Originally, I thought I'd be working in an R&D role. However, being a people person, I love the level of interaction and problem-solving associated with this job.

My job is dynamic, challenging and customer-service orientated. It involves relaying information between Sigma manufacturing and our various corporate customers, ensuring all requests are actioned and issues are resolved. I also negotiate deals with customers and process purchase orders.

My degree gave me a great basis for my work. The lecturers at Monash were experts in their fields and were very approachable when I needed extra help. I particularly liked the physiology and biochemistry aspects of the course, as knowledge was continuously built on from first to final year.
