My team is on call 24 hours a day in case a medical team has to be raised very quickly, for example, in emergency situations like a tsunami.
When you're a pharmacist in the military, no two days are the same. Time flies by. I might do weapons training one day, and the next I'm doing stock control or even mountain climbing.
Our team is responsible for the medical logistics of getting a field hospital out onto deployment and back again. We need to make sure that the team has all the medical equipment it needs, straight away.
