When you enrol in postgraduate studies you can apply for a variety scholarships, which provide additional money to help with your studies.

J L William postgraduate Top Up Scholarship Domestic

J. L. William Postgraduate Top Up Scholarships provide a yearly non-taxable top up of $A5,000 p.a. from the start date of your PhD for three years. Outstanding students who have completed, or expect to complete, a four year undergraduate degree at H1 level are encouraged to apply. High Achieving International students are invited to apply for the prestigious J. L. William International Scholarships to undertake postgraduate studies leading to a PhD within the School of Physics and Astronomy at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. These Scholarships are available to all International students. The J.L. William Scholarships are awarded as a top up scholarship for applicants who have successfully been awarded one of the following awards:
* Research Training Program (RTP):
* Monash Graduate Scholarship (MGS):

Alan P. Roberts PhD Top Up Scholarship
The Alan P. Roberts Scholarship provides a yearly non-taxable top up scholarship of $8,000 p.a.
Applications are invited for the prestigious Alan P. Roberts Scholarship to undertake postgraduate studies leading to a PhD in theoretical physics, within the broad areas of complex systems or emergent phenomena. The research project will be carried out in the School of Physics and Astronomy at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. This Scholarship is available to citizens and permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand. The Alan P. Roberts Scholarship is awarded as a top up scholarship for applicants who have obtained one of the following awards:
* RTP Scholarship – formerly Australian Postgraduate Award (APA)
* Monash Graduate Scholarship (MGS)
