Quantum Light, Information, Matter and Electronics

The Quantum Light, Information, Matter and Electronics (QLIME) group involves both theoretical and experimental research across a broad range of topics in the quantum sciences. Our experimental researchers investigate and fabricate novel, bioinspired and atomically precise materials such as semiconductors, metamaterials and nanomaterials, while our theorists devise new models and mathematical techniques to understand the behaviour of quantum matter and quantum devices. Our research could ultimately enable us to engineer and control quantum states of matter and light with unprecedented precision.
