Our research program is in the broad areas of medicinal chemistry, supramolecular chemistry and the development of new sustainable surfactants. We collaborate widely and have projects with researchers at Monash, in Australia and in the UK and Germany. We have projects on offer in the areas of i) Development of luminescence-based systems for the environmental pollutant monitoring and toxic chemicals, ii) The synthesis and analysis of surfactants from renewable plant-based feedstocks (with A/Prof. Tabor).
