Workshop Outline:
- a training component run in the mornings (Hands on examples)
- two contributed sessions where researchers will present applications of deep learning algorithms to their research areas. (anyone who has had a succesful ML algorithm applied to satellite images and time series of any type is invited to share their experience). Students are encouraged to apply.
Resources: recorded videos, presentation powerpoints, mathematical notes with video explanations for algorithms and codes for learning will be provided.
The workshop will run in a hybrid form on campus/ online, all are drop in sessions, free of charge, just sign-in to receive updated information.
Participants will have access to pre-recorded / recorded videos of presentations at (https://www.youtube.com/@DeepLearningSpaceMonashUni/channels), and can submit a list of questions to the chair or directly to the chair or presenter (if not online).
The online workshop will run over two days:
- 2nd May 2023 (full day) from 8:30 am --
- 3rd May 2023 (full day) from 9 am --
